HOPE Mattress - Lifetime Warranty
WHAT IS COVERED:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below for all Hope Mattress products. CCB Hope Ventures, LLC warrants the Covered Product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for Lifetime from the date of receipt. This warranty does not include pillows, frames, or adjustable bases by Malouf. Malouf products are covered by a separate warranty as described below in sections: Malouf Pillows, Malouf Adjustable Bases, and Malouf Frames.
HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS:
This warranty runs for for your lifetime ownership of your new Hope Mattress
from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
The warranty applies only to the original
purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and
tear; (b) damage caused by abuse or failure to
follow care instructions; (c) stains, (d) fire or flood damage, (e) visible depressions or indentations in the top of the mattress less than 1 inch in depth.
WHAT CCB HOPE VENTURES, LLC WILL DO:
Hope Ventures, LLC, at its sole discretion, will repair,
replace, or refund any mattress that proves to be
defective in materials or workmanship.
HOW TO GET SERVICE:
E-mail support@hopemattress.com to submit
your warranty claim. Please keep your receipt
so that we may process your warranty request.
HOW STATE LAW APPLIES:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES:
In no event shall Hope Ventures, LLC be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the buyer.
Within the period of this warranty, Hope Ventures, LLC will repair or replace, free of charge; any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be pre-authorized by Hope Ventures, LLC.
All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty shall be assumed by Hope Ventures, LLC except for the following expenses, which shall be assumed by the buyer:
$75 shipping fee each way.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
1. Service calls to correct the installation of the Covered Product, or to explain the usage of the product to the buyer.
2. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal home use.
3. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
4. Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a Hope Ventures, LLC authorized service technician.
Malouf Pillows - 5 Year Limited Warranty
WHAT IS COVERED:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or
workmanship with the exceptions stated below.
HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS:
This warranty runs for 5 (five) years from the
date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
The warranty applies only to the original
purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and
tear; (b) damage caused by abuse or failure to
follow care instructions; (c) normal changes in
softness or resilience (including impressions
less than 1.5 inches in depth); or (d) stains.
WHAT MALOUF® WILL WILL DO:
Malouf®, at its sole discretion, will repair,
replace, or refund any pillow that proves to be
defective in materials or workmanship.

The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties otherwise arising by operation of law, course of dealing, custom, trade, or otherwise. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from the purchase, installation and/or use of this product.
Malouf Adjustable Base - 10 Year Limited Warranty
HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS:
Adjustable Bases offer a warranty which runs for up to ten (10) years from the date of purchase, according to the tiers set forth below.
YEAR 1:
Warranty covers defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Malouf® will send replacement parts for any defective part to the original purchaser ONLY, and Malouf® will pay all authorized labor and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any parts to residents within the continental US.
YEARS 2-5:
During the years 2 – 5 from the date of purchase, Malouf® will offer replacement parts for any defective part to the purchaser. The purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of the defective part(s).
YEARS 6-10:
During the years 6 – 10, Malouf® will offer replacement parts for any mechanical bed part (excluding electronics, electrical components, drive motors, and massage motors). Purchaser shall pay 1/15th of the replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of years since 5 years after the warranty commencement date, and Malouf® shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replacement part. The purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of the defective part(s).
Malouf Bed Frames - 5 Year Limited Warranty
WHAT IS COVERED:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below.
HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS:
This warranty runs for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear; (b) improper maintenance, misuse, or alteration; (c) repair by unauthorized representatives; (d) damage resulting from transit or handling; or (e) transportation costs.
WHAT MALOUF ® WILL DO:
MALOUF®, at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.
