Satisfaction Guaranteed

We aim for every customer to be happy and satisfied with their purchase from Hope Mattress. With our 120-day Sleep Guarantee, we give you time to adjust to your new mattress, and it to you. If you are not satisfied after *30 nights, please reach out to Hope Mattress before 120 days from date of delivery for a comfort exchange or full refund and within 50 days for non-mattress products.

*Because it takes a few weeks for the body and mattress to adjust to each other, please wait 30 days before contacting us for an exchange or return.

Mattress Comfort Exchange:

One-time comfort exchange per household. Customer must notify Hope Mattress after 30 days of sleeping on the mattress but not more than 120 days from delivery date to start the exchange process. Customer will be responsible for $99 shipping fee of second mattress and any difference in cost if a higher amount. If mattress is soiled or damaged, customer may be responsible for damage fee of $100.

Mattress Returns and Refunds:

If, after 30 days of sleeping on the mattress but not more than 120 days from delivery date, you are not satisfied with your Hope mattress and want to return the mattress, you will receive a full refund minus fees for shipping, White Glove Service, state-based recycling fees, and/or promotional values. Please notify Hope Mattress to start your return and refund process. Mattresses that are soiled or damaged may be responsible for damage fee of $100.

Furniture and Accessory Returns:

You are going to love our premium products at non-premium prices! If something just is not right, you can initiate a return within 50 days from date of delivery. 

Pillows and Protectors: Must be clean and undamaged. Once items have been received, a full refund will be issued less any **damage fees, shipping fees, White Glove Delivery or promotional values. 

Furniture and Frames/Bases: Items must be in original condition (clean and undamaged). Once items have been received a full refund will be issued minus any **damage fees, shipping fees, White Glove Delivery or promotional values.

**Damage fees up to 50% of purchase price.

Defect?

If any item arrives defective, your warranty pertaining to that item will cover you for any replacement or repairs. Refer to the warranty HERE.
