What Now?
- Make sure to sleep on your mattress for 30 days.*
- If you need to return it, please contact us within 120 days to start the no-hassle return or exchange.
- We will coordinate a pickup time with you and refund the amount owed once the mattress is picked up
*It takes time for your body to adjust to a new sleeping surface and time for the memory foam to adjust to you.
What about non-mattress items?
No worries, we will take care of those too. For any non-mattress item, you have 50 days from date of delivery to initiate a return. This includes adjustable bases, frames, pillows and protectors.
